“We’re absolutely delighted to be recognised as a finalist. The Northumberland County Show is built on the dedication of our farming community, volunteers and exhibitors, and it’s fantastic to see their hard work recognised. We’d really appreciate everyone taking a moment to vote for us.”
The Destination North East England Tourism Awards celebrate excellence across the region’s tourism industry, recognising events that make a positive contribution to local communities and the visitor economy.

“The Show is about more than just one day — it’s about celebrating our rural way of life and supporting agriculture across Northumberland and countrywide. Being shortlisted for this award is a real boost for everyone involved, and it shows the strength and importance of our local agricultural community.”
