Trade Stands
With over 20,000 visitors to our show each year, this is a fantastic venue to show off your products and business. We have a range of Trade Stand Sizes to suit all budgets, Main Arena Premium stands for great footfall and ready standing cubicles for easy set up. NEW for 2025 we are taking all Trade Stand applications online.
The link to the application process is below and will be open from 10th October 2024. There are information guides below to help you decide what size or location is right for you, with options for electricity, advertising, sponsorship and extras.

Catering Applications
We have a number of Catering Positions on the show field, all are allocated on a basis of quality and information sent with applications, including prices, menu, Food Hygiene Rating & Risk Assessments.
There are information guides below to help you. Location is discussed on successful application and the right position for you. We have options for electricity, advertising, sponsorship and extras.

Caterers
Please fully read the Catering Regulations prior to completing your Catering Tender booking form. If you require electric send an Electric Booking Form too.
Don’t forget to send a photo of your unit, Food Hygiene Certificate, risk assessment and Fire risk assessment with full price list so your application can be considered.
Sponsorship
An effective way to promote your brand to our visitors on Show Day, and throughout the year, by maximising your exposure through our digital channels.
Sponsorship starts from as little as £25 for Rosette or Sash Sponsorship, or for a fully inclusive package, apply to become a Principal Partner.
Advertising Form
Get your brand seen by thousands of visitors with opportunities to advertise in our digital Schedule, printed Show Guide, Sponsors brochure and Children’s guide booklet, with a ringside banner or roadside sign

Trade Stands

Taste of the North - Food Marquee
To showcase your artisan cakes, locally produced drinks, fresh pies, breads, or any fresh produce made with love, this is the place for you.
This marquee allows visitors to browse, and often nibble and sip, and sample the wonderful produce from around the region.
Always packed with food lovers, the Taste of the North Marquee at the main entrance is the first (and last) stop for thousands of visitors.
Closing date for applications is 25th April 2025.
Voucher Offer
Drive footfall to your trade stand with a tear out voucher in the Show Guide.
This is option is FREE for our traders to take advantage of and completely flexible to suit your business.
Whether you fancy trying a BOGOF (‘buy one get one free’) a percentage discount, money off, or ”buy one, and get second half price” it is up to you!
