Visitors to the Northumberland County Show are delighted that the much loved agricultural event is returning on Friday 3rd June at Bywell Hall, near Stocksfield.
Following our recent AGM in November the Management and Organising Committee for the Northumberland County Show are now in full swing with preparations for the 2022 show.
After months of deliberation, Tynedale Agricultural Society Ltd have announced this week that they will not be running the much loved Northumberland County Show, which was to be held on 31st May 2021.
Tynedale Agricultural Society Ltd, the charitable organisation behind the popular Northumberland County Show, has been honoured with the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service, the highest award a voluntary group can receive in the UK.
The rainy day did not deter just over 23,000 visitors to the Northumberland County Show on spring Bank Holiday Monday.

The Northumberland County Show is an annual event that celebrates Agriculture, Farming and Food as well as local culture and heritage in Northumberland.
The Show is working towards reducing single use plastic and our waste in 2024. We can only do this with your help. Please support us and, where possible, do not bring single use plastic to the show eg: carrier bags, water bottles, straws
